By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms. This Agreement applies solely to the Program and does not modify any other agreements that may govern your relationship with us in other contexts.
User Opt-In
The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by opting in through online or application-based forms. By participating, you agree to receive marketing messages at the phone number provided. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You may receive a confirmation message of your opt-out.
Other methods (such as verbally asking staff) will not constitute a valid opt-out.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify
If you change or discontinue your mobile number, you agree to complete the opt-out process before ending service. Failure to do so may result in liability for any claims brought by subsequent users of that number.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pat’s Pizza The Concept Cuisine from any claims related to your failure to notify us of such changes.
Program Description

Participant Requirements

If between 13–18, you must have a parent’s or guardian’s consent. By participating, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to send or share any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or inappropriate content.
This includes but is not limited to: threats, hate speech, obscene material, viruses, or content violating HIPAA or other laws.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in the Program will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Both parties waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Arbitration decisions are final and binding.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be communicated as required, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
